Builder/Developer
- California law mandates that developers provide disclosure information relative
to natural hazard risks that may affect a subdivision development project and, if
necessary, provide separate hazard disclosures to individual lot purchase.
Whether performing DRE due diligence or individual lot sales, our reports help mitigate
risks associated with legal compliance. We offer complete project coordination services
and in-house scanning that incorporates your subdivision boundaries with our GIS
layers to create one of the most comprehensive reports in the industry.
